| Delivery | We will send you the statement after the cutting is completed and stones will be shipped upon
payment of amount due. Normally the turnaround time will be within 30 days.

| Sending the rough stones | We suggest that the rough must be of "gem" quality and should be pretty clean and facetable. All the materials should be sent to our Bangkok office by registered air mail with a signed statement inside saying that the material is being sent for cutting and return.
Please advise us before you send the rough, so that we can provide proper shipping instructions. |
